Nyama Choma Ranch opened its doors in 2014 with a single grill and a secret marinade recipe handed down three generations. What began as a roadside choma joint has grown into Nairobi’s most beloved roast house, famous for its succulent goat, beef, and chicken slow‑roasted over acacia wood.
Our meat comes from local pastoralists in Kajiado and Narok – grass‑fed, free‑range, and ethically raised. The marinade? A guarded blend of ginger, garlic, lemon, and a touch of pilipili that caramelizes over the flames. Every platter is served with fresh kachumbari, ugali or mukimo, and a side of our legendary chilli sauce.
